Located on the edge of the quiet seaside village of Almyrida in the Apokoronas region of Western Crete, Petina’s House forms part of a small complex of apartments and is only a 400 metre flat walk away from the beach, shops and tavernas.

The landscaped gardens contain a shared pool, with separate shallow areas for young children and non swimmers, as well as a play area and shared barbecue. Despite being close to the village, the property enjoys views over the surrounding hillside and olive groves.

Petina’s House is on the first floor and is accessed via an external staircase. It also has four external balconies, two at the front and two at the back which gives a choice of either sun or shade throughout the day.
